With the use of needle punching (also called needle felting) this method produces a versatile product that exhibits all the natural benefits of wool. Wool Barrier Insulator
Our Wool Barrier Insulator has been used successfully in numerous bed designs to assist in passing CFR 1633. This natural insulator is an adequate barrier to help with flame testing requirements with used in correct combinations with other flame resistant materials.

Half Tacked Wool Batting
Our Half Tacked Wool Batting is partially tacked so that the underside is more rigid while the topside remains fluffy. This half tacked batting is stronger to manipulate than regular batting. In order to achieve this, the underside is partially needle felted, resulting in a stronger product.
